"Be still and know that I am God." --Holy Bible

We walk around all day encased in our thoughts, having a good day or a bad day depending on how we feel at the moment.  But what does it really matter to the person you pass by on the street, in the store, or in the hallway?  Does anyone care what kind of day you're having?  Why yes, your mood is affecting everyone you pass by.  So perhaps, you don't know each other, or maybe you do.   But you affect everyone and everyone affects you.
If you walk around with a frown, that transfers - think of emotions like water, or air.  You swim in them, breathe in them, are completely immersed in them.  They affect how you feel.
So what is the affect that you want to have on the world today?  Do you want to make it a happier place?  Then try smiling when you pass by strangers.  They'll see the twinkle in your eyes, the glow in your face, and they might just smile back at you.

It is the undeniable truth that the spirit of god moves in every being.  The ultimate is the very real presence of love in everything that breathes.  The essence of life is presence in love, joy, and fulfillment.  when we take pleasure and take part in everything we are creating this grows the ever abounding love energy that sustains all of life. The body motions are as the swirls of milk in a cup of coffee; ever changing and transforming as the energy currents move in and around it.

the eternal bursting forth of love from the growing of awareness within each of us is something to appreciate.  gladness comes from fulfilling our purpose and responding the life in the highest possible vibration. amusement comes from knowing that we are not the grief, anger, apathy, or suffering that we are experiencing. we can be happy even when feeling the emotions of anger or sadness as they surface and are released from our cells.

What is the word or phrase for unconditional love in a few languages:
English- love that is not dependent upon anything, natural and true love, love without any preconditions
French- amour sans réserve, amour vraie et naturelle, amour inconditionnelle
German- bedingungslose Liebe, Liebe ohne jegliche Vorbehalte
Spanish- amor sin condiciones
Italian- amore senza condizioni, amore vero e naturale

Being in the body and aware of the sensations it is relaying is important.  These are messages from the universe that can then be translated by your consciousness into comprehensible language.

Being in the body means having awareness of all the parts of it from your toes to your abdomen to the crown of your head, and maybe even some of the other layers of your energy field.

How we experience the body is how we experience the world.  The body is a sense organ.  Primarily we are conscious of seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, feeling with the skin.  Imagine being able to sense the world with your liver, kidneys, or spleen.   Your inner organ are sense organs too(Guardian Angels by Rudolph Steiner)!

if you get the chance love fully, express your truth in all its glory and humility, breathe deeply, dance with complete abandon, just be, appreciate your toenails and your knees, smile when you feel the lowest, smile when you feel the highest, smile, laugh at nothing in particular, be amused about the game.  If you don't get the chance to do these things, remember then, that the universe is on your side. If it seems that it is not, then it's time to ask, "are you on your side?"

Appreciating all the wonders of this life is the most fun I have had.  In the midst of action, in the lulls of time I become aware of the gift of a moment and realize that I am so very thankful that I am alive.

It lifts the heart and turns the eyes sparkly, it puts of smile in your mind.  It amuses, defuses, and releases things that bind. Appreciate this current of time as it continues ever on.  For before, between it, behind it is love, is life, is light interwoven betwixt all things.

My heart speaks to all.  Now it is quiet, not heard by human ears.  As i open, as i grow, so does my heart - its voice becomes louder, stronger, surer.  And it says to you:

I am one with the universe.  What i feel, source feels.  What i know, source experiences knowing.  As i know myself, so the universe knows me.  As i know the universe, so the universe knows itself.  All the senses of the body i have created are not solely experienced by me the "i".  They are experienced by the universe as it looks through my eyes, tastes with my mouth, speaks with my tongue, hears with my heart and ears, feels with my skin, smells with my nose, perceives with my brain.

This is no separate soul speaking out of a body to all others.  This is the universe unfolding words to experience itself through another window in time.

Deeksha is amazing.  I first heard about it the day before I got initiated to give it.  I was at the Pahoa health food store in Hawaii and ran into my friend (a very common occurrance).  She told me she was going to Deeksha training the next day and thought I would be interested in it.  And how could I not be interested?  I learned for her that it was a oneness blessing given by placing your hands on the top of peoples' heads--sounds cool, a little bit like Reiki, ya?  This was a few months after my first Reiki attunements.

I decided to go to the training.  That night I made seven or 8 glass seed bead bracelets to trade for the training.  They were very beautiful and dainty.

The next morning Lauren came and picked me up by the road early and we drove through Hilo, Hawaii to a magical bamboo sanctuary--someone's home.

It was a weekend training.  The first day we received many deekshas, meditated, chanted, and learned about the oneness movement.  The second day we went down the road to a woods overlooking the ocean.  There we received more deeksha and took group photos.  After a light lunch and 49 minutes of dancing and chanting a mantra we each received Mukthi (initiation) in the form of a 4 minute deeksha and then placed our hands on the Padukas--sandals that represent the feet of the divine.  Afterwards we lay down for an hour to let the Mukthi sink in.

All through this training I was very aware of pain in my head and neck.  I believe it comes from old energies being removed, healing, burned away and replaced by divine energy.  I was also very surprised and ecstatic to realize that I could feel me brain as it chugged away inside my skull.  I used to bring it into conversation, now I don't pay as much attention to it though.  It has become more subtle and I am used to it, though it still fascinate me.

Now, nearly a year later, I have found a wonderful Deeksha community in Vermont and attend weekly Deeksha meetings in Burlington.  I feel so blessed to be involved with such an amazing process.  Giving Deeksha is pure bliss, the prayer for all beings to awaken to oneness consciousness.

Love.
